Emily has 10 years of experience in service design, research, and design strategy. She guides her clients towards a human-centered, research-based approach to define and solve their most complex problems. She has worked in industries including edtech, financial wellness, transportation, and medical devices. She is an adjunct professor at NYU, teaching Service Design Innovation.

Emily volunteers for her neighborhood street tree care group and is proud to be a certified citizen pruner. She is currently enrolled in DSNY’s Trash Academy and having a great time learning about sustainability through NYC’s waste stream. Undergraduate, Vassar College; Masters, Rhode Island School of Design.
